Soho Residence - Phnom Penh

Good-sized room with a nice view and a full kitchenette, including a large fridge and a washing machine. the pool was refreshing and clean. A great bonus was the close proximity to the main food area, with many options available for meals.

The gym was not well equipped or maintained, and lacked air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to exercise in the hot season. the Tuk Tuk service was overpriced and there was no guidance from the hotel on reasonable rates.

the staff was friendly and helpful, with a 24/7 room service. the location was great since we were just a few minutes away from different restaurants and cafes. the breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of options to choose from. the room was equipped with all the necessary facilities and the bathroom was spotless. the swimming pool was well-maintained and had an amazing view of the city.

The gym equipment could use some updating as it was quite rusty.

The helpful staff and cool building were the best aspects of this hotel. The cleaning staff were never idle and kept the entire hotel neatly organized. The hotel had a fantastic pool which was spotlessly clean and had great views. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and the city's attractions were nearby.

The worst aspect of this hotel was the gym, which was rusty and had no ventilation. The neigbours were rude as they moved around furniture late into the night. That was a bit disruptive for a plush hotel. Transport could also be an issue, as the tuk-tuk are not cheap in the area and there are no clear guidelines or instructions from the hotel management on fair prices.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and I enjoyed swimming there every day. The room was kept clean and had a large fridge. The coffee at the café downstairs was delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping me cool in the hot weather. The hotel is located in a convenient area, just a short tuk-tuk ride away from a main area with plenty of food options. I particularly enjoyed the small Chinese restaurant next door, which may not look like much, but served delicious food. The highlight of my stay was the swimming pool on the rooftop. It may be small in size, but the depth was surprisingly deeper than expected. The pool was always kept impeccably clean, and I enjoyed peaceful swims every day, accompanied only by the stunning view of the city.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff, cleanliness, and pool were all impressive and exceeded my expectations.
